Karnak Karna-Flex is an elastomeric, thermoplastic rubber sealant formulated for use on properly prepared metal, concrete, spray polyurethane foam and plywood roof substrates. Its ease of application, superior adhesion, elasticity and durability make Karna-Flex an ideal repair sealant. Available in a brush mastic or caulking cartridge.

RapidRoof is a 2-component simple to apply system and due to its liquid application and versatility to adhere to most surfaces; RapidRoof will self terminate, in most cases eliminating the requirement for flashings, new trims and expensive detailing. Its fully bonded application prevents water tracking and its seamless finish eliminates the risk inherent in jointed systems. Cold weather application – designed to cure down to 0°c RapidRoof allows application even during the coldest of weather. Suitable for application on OSB3 Roofing Boards, Old Felt, Asphalt, Concrete, Metal, Old Fibre Glass and compatible with standard GRP trims.

    With a built-in Rust Inhibitor and FM approved, Elasto-Kote offers an exceptionally high performing waterproofing elastomeric system, (also compatible with spray foam insulation). It has up to 85% solar reflective system with 650% elongation. Our product is a single component, self-priming, SEBS, elastomeric, and thermoplastic. It is applied in 2 to 3 coats and comes with guarantees of up to 20 years.
