    DANOSA POLYDAN 180-60/GP ELAST.

High Performance SBS elastomeric 5,6 kg/m² capping sheet. Torch Applied.

Bituminous SBS modified capsheet reinforced with a heavy non-woven polyester felt. The upper surface is finished with mineral chipping. The underside has a quick-melt thermofusible film. Designed for torch-applied applications and Safe2Torch details using hot-air.

    Advantages & Benefits

    • High movement capability.
    • The higher grammage of the polyester reinforcement gives the sheet higher mechanical performance in tensile, static and dynamic piercing.
    • Suitable for waterproofing buried structures (basement walls).
    • Suitable for waterproofing structures subject to vehicular traffic (road and railway decks, rolling and carpark roofs,, etc.) with a favourable technical evaluation (check relevant certifications).
    • High tensile strength and high elongation at break.
    • High resistance to static and dynamic piercing.
    • Rot-proof.

    Marley Clay Club feature tile

Marley feature tiles should only be used with roof pitches of 70° and below, bands of feature tiles should be confined to a maximum of four courses. These bands must then be separated by a minimum of four courses of standard Plain Tiles. These measures are designed to reduce the risk of water ingress and wind uplift caused by the reduced tile head-lap inherent with these tiles. Ridges, hips, valleys and verges are the most vulnerable points of any roof and therefore careful detailing in respect of feature tiles should be considered. It is advised that Feature bands of tiling should be avoided directly adjacent to Bonnet/Arris hips, valley tiles or verges. Feature tiles should terminate against a standard Plain Tile at least two tile widths away from detailing/fitting. To assist in maintaining a broken bond pattern Feature tiles are available in both standard tile and tile-and-a-half formats. Club Clay tile colours available now: Red Sandfaced, Red Smooth, Heather Sandfaced, Staffordshire Blue
